摘要
分享经济是"互联网+"时代最具特色的经济模式。本文结合Uber等分享经济平台代表性企业的实际案例,对分享经济的特点进行了阐释,并探讨了分享经济时代人力资源管理面临的挑战,包括人力资源管理对象无限化、人力资源管理职能削弱化、人力资源管理基石空心化和人力资源管理关系复杂化,以期为深入研究分享经济时代人力资源管理提供参考。
Sharing economy is the most characteristic economic model of the Intemet+ era. According to the actual case of sharing economic platform enterprise such as Uber, the paper explains the characteristics of sharing economy, and discusses the challenges of human resources management in the era of sharing economy, including unlimited human resource management object, weakening of human resource management function, the hollow of human resource management foundation and the complication of human resource management, in order to provide a reference for in-depth study of human resource management in the era of economic times.
