摘要
为进一步提高国防生"卓越计划"光电对抗技术专业培养质量,以地方大学"卓越计划"的校企联合培养模式为参考,对该专业的军地联合培养模式进行了梳理、总结;指出国防生"卓越计划"中军校应发挥好桥梁和主导作用,在课程设置、实习实践、毕业设计等关键环节,处理好与地方大学、作战部队、装备厂家等联合培养单位的衔接沟通.通过军地联合培养模式,为部队输送岗位任职能力强、具备发展潜质的优秀专业人才.
To improve further the education quality of optoelectronic countermeasure technology major for the national defense students＇ excellence initiative, this article summarize the major＇s joint training mode of both military and civilian, by referring the joint training mode of both college and enterprise in the excellence initiative of civilian universities. It is pointed out that the military academies should play the bridge and leading roles well in the national defense students＇ excellence initiative, connect and communicate well with the local universities,the combat troops, equipment manufacturers and other joint training unites, with respect to the curriculum setting,internship and practice, graduation design and other key links. Through the joint training mode of both military and civilian, we can feed the high quality professional talents for the units who are of strong post competencies and great potential for development.
