大直径铝制管道铝支撑结构安全分析

摘要 针对铝支撑结构的受力情况,利用机械结构分析软件ANSYS对其应力进行了计算。根据计算结果,对管道支撑结构安全失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,在支腿和管道之间加一块垫板,减少支腿和母线管道焊接处的应力集中,可以防止因应力集中的裂纹扩展到管道筒体而导致管道漏气安全事故的发生。 The stress of the aluminum supporting structure is calculated by using the mechanical structure analysis software ANSYS. The failure reasons of the local area of the pipe supporting structure are analyzed according to the calculation result. The analysis result shows that the to add a backing plate between the supporting legs and the pipe can reduce the stress concentration at the legs and the welding points of the pipe, to prevent the crack produced by the stress concentration propagating to the pipe body to lead the pipeline leakage.
