智能灌溉用电动蝶阀的多模式监控系统设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对农田示范区大面积人工灌溉带来的能源浪费、灌溉质量不佳等现象,提出采用PLC、单片机等控制器相结合的方法,利用自由口、Modbus、TCP/IP等多种通信方式,实现了智能灌溉用电动蝶阀的多模式控制——远程手机网络监控、触摸屏远程启停、就地手自动切换等。同时,就如何有效控制阀门开度来实现土壤湿度的精确控制,提出采用模糊控制算法结合单片机来实现。实际应用表明,该多模式监控系统控制安全可靠便利,能实时监控农田各项环境参数以及阀门状态,而且节水节电效果明显。 To against the disadvantages of energy waste and poor quality in artificial irrigation of large farmland demonstration area,the method of combining controllers of PLC and single chip computer is proposed. By adopting multiple communication protocols,including free-port,Modbus,TCP / IP,etc.,the multi-mode control including remote mobile phone network monitoring,touch screen remote startup and shutdown,and local manual / auto switchover,etc.,for electric butterfly valves in intelligent irrigation system is realized. In addition,the combination of fuzzy control algorithm and single chip computer is proposed to effectively control the opening of the valve for implementing precise control of humidity of soil. The multi-mode monitoring system is safety,reliable,and convenient,it can monitor various environmental parameters and valve status in real time,and obvious effects of saving water and electricity are obtained.
