摘要
以一台涡轮增压4缸柴油机为研究对象,通过对比发动机不同转速、不同负荷下的瞬时转速,发现发动机瞬时转速的波动波形由平均转速确定,波动幅值由输出扭矩确定;并且不是在所有转速范围内,瞬时转速的波峰、波谷数都与气缸数相同。随着转速增大,最大瞬时转速值增大,最小瞬时转速值减小,波动率减小;随着负荷增大,最大瞬时转速值增大、最小瞬时转速值减小,波动率增大。实验中还发现瞬时转速在曲轴转角为-270,-90,90,270℃A附近出现波峰;在-180,0,180,360℃A附近出现波谷,因此提出将相应曲轴转角的瞬时转速作为瞬时转速特征参数,分别代替最大瞬时转速、最小瞬时转速。
For a turbo-charged 4-cylinder diesel engine,when it works at different average speed and different loads,it is found that,the transient speed's wave form is determined by the average speed,the amplitude of the waveform is determined by the load,and the number of crest and trough is not always equal to the number of cylinders.With the increasing of engine's speed,the maximum transient speed will increase,the minimum transient speed and the fluctuation ratio decreases.With the increasing of engine's load,the maximum transient speed will increase,the minimum transient speed decrease and the fluctuation ratio increases.Engine's transient speed's crest always appear around crankshaft angle:-270,-90,90,270 ℃ A and the trough always appear around crankshaft angle(-180,0,180,360℃ A,therefore the transient speed at specific crankshaft angle can be used to replace the feature parameter:maximum transient speed,minimum transient speed respectively.
