摘要
介绍武汉市某军队医院专业技术人才队伍建设工作的实践与所取得的成效,分析医院专业人才队伍建设工作中存在的培养引进机制、晋升考评机制、薪酬激励机制不完善等问题,提出培养与引进并举、创新管理模式、夯实支撑基础等建议,以期为医院打造合理的人才梯队提供借鉴。
This article described the development and status of professional talents team development in Wuhan,pointed out the lack of introduction and training,promotion evaluation and the salary incentive mechanism,and suggested that we should strengthen introduction and training,innovate management mechanism,and solid the foundation concurrently,in order to build reasonable talent echelon and promote the hospital development.
