摘要
采用稻壳粉制备稻壳纤维素和微晶纤维素,并按不同添加比例将其与壳聚糖混和,制得稻壳微晶纤维素/壳聚糖复合膜。考察了不同复合膜的厚度、吸光度、色值和机械性能,并采用红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜进行表征。结果表明:稻壳微晶纤维素添加比例的增加导致复合膜的厚度增加、吸光度减小。当稻壳微晶纤维素/壳聚糖质量比为1.0∶1时,复合膜拉伸强度为6.23 MPa,断裂伸长率为51.49%。复合膜为稻壳微晶纤维素/壳聚糖的共混体系,稻壳微晶纤维素均一嵌入在壳聚糖膜结构中。该研究可为稻壳资源高值化利用和开发新型食品包装材料提供新思路。
The rice husk cellulose and its microcrystalline cellulose were prepared, and the rice husk microcrystalline cellulose/chitosancomposite membrane was also prepared. The thickness, absorbance,color value and mechanical properties of the composite films were investigated, and infrared spectra and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the properties of the film. The results showed that the increase of the proportion of microerystalline cellulose resulted in the increases of the thickness and decreases of the absorbance of the film. When the mass ratio of rice husk microcrystalline cellulose/chitosan was 1.0 : 1, the tensile strength of the film was 6.23 MPa, and the elongation at break was 51.49%. The composite membrane was a microcrystalline cellulose/chitosan blend system,the microcrystaltine cellulose was embedded in the structure of ehitosan membrane. This research can provide new ideas for the high value of rice husk resources and the development of newfood packaging materials.
