摘要 利用先浸渍再用KBH_4还原的方法制备质量分数为5%Ru/C催化剂,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和高分辨透射电镜(TEM)对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,所制得的5%Ru/C催化剂分散度高,金属钌的平均粒径为2~3 nm。在喹啉加氢反应中,催化剂显示出很高的催化活性。以水为溶剂,在100℃、2 MPa氢气压力下反应1 h,喹啉的转化率为100%,1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉的选择性为100%,转换频率(TOF)为338 h^(-1)。 5% Ru/C (mass fraction)catalyst was prepared by the method of KB[-t-4 rectucuon aiter impregnation and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that a highly dispersed 5% Ru/C catalyst was made ,and the average size of Ru particles was 2 -3 nm. The catalyst exhibited high activity in the hydrogenation of quinoline under the reaction conditions( 100 ℃ ,2 MPa H2,and H20 as solvent). The conversion of quinoline was 100%, the selectivity of 1,2,3,4- tetraquinoline was up to 100% ,and TOF was 338 h-1
