摘要
采用因子分析法获取创新主体变量,构建随机前沿模型考察了创新主体及交互作用对区域创新效率的影响差异。研究发现:政府对创新效率的正向促进作用随时间先增大后减小,呈倒U型趋势;企业对区域创新效率有短期正向影响,长期效应不明显;高校科研机构仅在滞后一期和两期时对创新效率有微弱正向促进作用;企业和高校科研机构的交互作用在短期对区域创新效率的提高无显著影响,而长期影响显著;政府和企业的交互作用对创新效率始终无明显促进作用,政府和高校科研机构的交互作用对创新效率的提高则有阻碍作用。
The effects of innovative actors and their interaction on regional innovation efficiency are studied with a combined factor analysis and stochastic frontier analysis approach. The results show that the positive effect of government on regional innovation efficiency increases initially and decreases subsequently with an inverted U trend. The effect of firm is positive in short term but not obvious in long tenn. University-R＆D institution has weak positive impact only in the first and second lag periods. The interaction of firm and university-R＆D institution shows a significantly positive effect on regional innovation ef- ficiency in long term, but tends to be not significant in short time. The effect of the interaction of government and finn is not obvious, whereas the effect of the interaction of government and university-R＆D institution is significantly negative.
