电子负载ATE为电源系统的各项试验评估提供数据依据,是电源测试系统的重要组成部分。设计了基于LabVIEW软件开发平台的ATE监控软件,实现了信号监控、总线通信、信息查询、数据记录及回放、在线编程等功能。详细介绍了ATE软件关键性模块的设计与实现。经过实际测试与应用,证明了该软件的实用性和可靠性。
The electronic load ATE,as an important component of power supply testing system,provides data basis for various test evaluation of power supply system.ATE monitoring software is designed on LabVIEW to realize the signal monitoring,bus communication,message searching,data recording and playback,online programming and other functions.Design and implementation of the key modules of ATE software are introduced in detail.After testing and application,the usefulness and reliability of the software have been validated.
