摘要
针对现有一维感性工学模型不能真实反应用户对产品的情感意象,提出了基于多元线性回归的多维感性工学模型构建方法,首先构建产品多维造型特征空间和情感意象认知空间,然后判定多维造型特征空间主特征,接着对主特征进行量化处理,最后运用多元回归分析多维造型特征空间与感性设计空间映射函数关系并构建产品的形、色、音、质及相关关系元件的多维感性工学模型。以某型号数控机床为例,应用模型构建方法构建其多维感性工学模型,结果表明该方法能有效构建产品多维感性工学模型。
Because the one-dimensional KE model cannot reflect the emotion of product,the method of multi-dimensional KE( M KE) model construction based on multiple linear regression w as proposed in this paper. Firstly,the space of multi-dimensional modeling features( M M Fs) and emotion perception w ere set up. Next,the main features of M M Fs w ere determined. Then,the main features w ere quantized. Finally,the mapping function relationship betw een the space of M M Fs and kansei design w as analyzed and the M KE model based on the form,color,sound,material and related components of product w as constructed by multiple regression analysis method. The proposed method w ere described by a case of numerical control machine tools form design. The results have revealed that the approach can construct the M KE model effectively.
