摘要
[目的]翻译并检验女性中文版骨质疏松生活质量简易评价问卷（OPAQ-SV）的信效度。[方法]通过翻译-回译对英文版OPAQ-SV问卷进行汉化,选择20例女性骨质疏松症病人进行预实验,对问卷进行修改和文化调适后,选择对234例女性骨质疏松症病人进行测试,检验中文版OPAQ-SV问卷的信效度。[结果]中文版OPAQ-SV有34个条目,共3个维度,问卷总Cronbach’sα系数为0.956,各维度分问卷为0.844-0.967;折半系数总问卷为0.865,各维度分问卷为0.727-0.950;主成分因子分析得出6个公因子,累计方差贡献率为75.16%,6因子模型与原量表因子结构模型的验证性因子分析拟合总体都较为理想,表明量表结构效度良好。[结论]中文版OPAQ-SV具有良好的信效度,适合中国文化背景下女性骨质疏松症病人生活质量的评估。
Objective：To translate and examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Osteoporosis Assessment Questionnaire Short Version （OPAQ SV）in the women.Methods：Through translation back translation to chinesization English version OPAQ SV,20 cases of female patients with osteoporosis were se-lected into a preliminary experiment,after questionnaire revision and cultural adaptation,to test 234 cases of fe-male patients with osteoporosis were tested for inspection reliability and validity of Chinese version OPAQ SV.Results：The Chinese version of OPAQ SV has 34 entries,a total of 3 dimensions,its total Cronbach’s al-pha coefficient was 0.956,the branch questionnaire Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of all dimensions were 0.844 to 0.967.The split half coefficient of total questionnaire was 0.865,the split half coefficient of dimensions of ques-tionnaire ranged from 0.727 to 0.950.Principal component factor analysis got 6 common factors,and the cumu-lative variance contribution rate was 75.1 6%.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting and over-all performance of 6 factors model and the factor structure model of original scale were relatively satisfactory, which showed that the validity of the scale was good.Conclusion：The Chinese version of OPAQ SV had good reliability and validity,which was suitable for the assessment of the quality of life of women with osteoporosis under the background of Chinese culture.
