“一锅法”无溶剂条件下碳基固体酸催化合成萘酚衍生物 被引量:5

One-pot catalytic synthesis of amidoalkyl naphthols under solvent-free conditions by activated carbon@polyaniline solid acid

摘要 无溶剂条件下,含高密度(1.96 mmol·g^(-1))-SO_3H基团的太西煤基活性炭@聚苯胺基磺化固体酸可有效催化2-萘酚、醛和胺三组分反应,并采用"一锅法"合成酰胺基烷基萘酚衍生物。考察了催化剂用量、温度及溶剂条件对产率的影响。结果如下:在无溶剂条件下,反应时间为20-80 min,反应温度为100℃,催化剂用量为1%时,产率可达76%-95%,且该催化剂重复使用4次仍保持较高活性。通过熔点,~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR分析对产物的结构进行测定和表征。同时推测该反应可能的反应机理。 Taixi-coal active carbon@ polyaniline sulfonate solid acid with high acidity density( 1.96 mmol·g-1)of-SO3 H that could synthesis aminoalkyl naphthols derivatives via a one-pot three-component condensation reaction of 2-naphthols,aldehydes and amine under solvent-free conditions. The effects of amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and solvent on the products yields were investi- gated. Results showed that the products in reaction time of 20-80 min,and the good yields from 76% to 95% with reaction tempera- ture was 100 ~C and amount of catalyst was 1%. Moreover,the catalyst could be recycled four times. The structures of products were characterized by point,IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR. In addition, the probable mechanism for the reaction was proposed.
