摘要
文章针对生产线上库存生产的随机故障设备,制定一个新定期预防维修策略。在该策略中假设设备的寿命,预防维修时间都是服从随机分布,同时假定设备故障事后维修为不完美维修,其设备寿命服从准更新过程。然后结合该策略构建数学模型,通过计算最小化预防维修周期内设备维修成本、库存成本和短缺成本的总和,获得反映该策略的两个决定性变量目标库存量和定期预防维修周期的最优值。
The paper derived out a new regular preventive maintenance strategy for randomly failure inventory production unit of line production system. Suppose in the policy life of the equipment, preventive maintenance time are subject to a random distribution, while assuming that the equipment failurc corrective maintenance is not perfect repair, equipment life follows its quasi-renewal process. The optimum values of the decision variables S and T, which decide of this strategy, are obtained by trading off the maintenance cost, the inventory holding cost, and the shortage cost such as their sum is minimum.
