摘要
牛蒡在降血压、降血脂、提高免疫力、抗肿瘤、减肥等方面有良好的作用,但对牛蒡系列保健食品研究相对较少,本文就牛蒡的保健作用和产品进行综述,为牛蒡保健食品的开发利用提供一定依据。
Burdock has good effect lipid in blood pressure,enhance immunity,anti-tumor,reducing weight,but relatively few of burdock series of health food research,summarized the health care function and the product of burdock to provide basis for the development and utilization of burdock health care food.
