摘要
采用预聚体法制备了PTMG-TDI型聚氨酯弹性体,对该聚氨酯进行热重分析实验,采用4种升温速率,结合Arrhenius公式和Kissinger方程研究了体系不同失重阶段的降解活化能。依据实验数据,拟合出材料在失重5%时的降解动力学参数,得到其使用寿命t_f(min)与温度T(K)的关系式为ln t_f=15700/T-30.78,并依此预测该聚氨酯弹性体在不同环境温度下的使用寿命。
PTMG-TDI polyurethane elastomer was synthesized by prepolymerization method. Thermogravimetric analysis of the polyurethane elastomer was carried out using 4 kinds of heating rate.The degrada- tion activation energy of the PU in different weightlessness stages was studied by the combination of Arrhenius model and the Kissinger equation.The degradation kinetic parameters at the 5% lost in weight were calculated. The relation equation of the service life ts(min) and the service temperature T(K) was given as In tf= 15700/T-30. 78, so the lifetime of this PU under at different temperatures could be predicted.
