摘要
质量信用是社会信用体系建设的重要内容之一,是推动质量发展、建设质量强国的基础。本文针对质量信用体系建设中存在的困难与问题,探讨以标准为基础、以大数据共享为核心、以健全机制为支撑、以评价结果运用促发展的构建模式。
Quality credit is an important part of the social credit system development, which is the foundation to promote quality development, and construct a strong nation with high quality. With the focus on the difficulties and problems existed during the development of quality credit system, the paper discusses standards-based development model with big data sharing as its core, which is supported by sound governance mechanism, and its development is promoted by applying the evaluation results.
