Advanced study on matrix metalloproteinase-2 and its significance in forensic medicine

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)是一种能够降解细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)成分的肽链内切酶,广泛参与血管形成、炎症反应和损伤修复等一系列的病理生理过程。本文综述了MMP-2的生物学特性以及在心脑血管疾病、损伤中的作用和应用价值,为法医学检案工作提供参考资料。 Matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) is an endopeptidase which is capable of degrading a wide range of components of the extracellular matrix and widely participates in the pathophysiological processes of angiogenesis, inflammation and wound healing. Advanced study on biological characteristic of MMP-2 and its role and applicable value in forensic medicine are reviewed in this article, which may provide reference for practical work.
