摘要
针对湿热地区家用空调冷凝水无序排放和冷量损失问题,提出了一种冷凝水与压缩机排气管进行大温差换热的方法,该方法可以减缓冷凝水的流动,增加冷凝水与压缩机排气管的换热面积和换热时间,实现空调冷凝水对高温制冷剂的预冷却。实验结果表明:虽然空调冷凝水量有限,但冷凝器出现了1.1~2.0℃的过冷现象,系统的制冷量和COP分别提高了0.93%和1.7%;冷凝水蒸发形成的水蒸气能够及时被冷凝器的风机带走,解决了家用空调冷凝水的无序排放问题。
In order to solve the problems of disorderly discharge of condensed water and cold loss, proposes a large temperature difference heat transfer method between the condensed water and the discharge pipe of compressor. It can not only decrease the movement of condensed water, but also increase the heat transfer area and time, which achieves precooling of the high temperature refrigerant in the outlet of compressor. The results show that although the condensed water is limited, the super cooling temperature is about 1.1 to 2.0 ℃ in the condenser, and the COP and cooling capacity increase by 0.93% and 1.7%, respectively. The water vapor evaporated can be easily carried away by the condenser fan, which solves the disorderly discharge problem of condensed water.
