暗环境下军事直升机飞行学员不同对比度视力和反应时间的研究 被引量:1

Study of visual acuity and reaction time at different contrast levels under dark environment in military helicopter flight cadets

摘要 目的 观察军事直升机飞行学员在暗环境下不同对比度时的视力和反应时间的变化情况. 方法 应用多功能电子视力测量仪(MFVA-100)检查42名(84眼)直升机飞行学员在暗环境中不同对比度(100%、25%、10%、5%)时左右眼的logMAR视力和反应时间.采用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行计量资料的单因素方差分析、配对t检验及相关分析. 结果 在对比度为100%、25%、10%、5%时的平均logMAR视力右眼分别为0.007±0.141、0.256士0.162、0.453士0.182、0.711±0.232;左眼分别为-0.017±0.137、0.266±0.144、0.434±0.145、0.697±0.176.随着对比度的下降,视力呈下降趋势.左右眼在相同对比度下的视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).100%对比度下的视力与25%、10%、5%对比度下的视力均呈正线性相关(r=0.432~0.626,P<0.05).随对比度下降,反应时间略有延长.对比度为100%、25%时左右跟之间反应时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对比度为10%、5%时右眼反应时间比左眼延长(t=2.355、2.055,P<0.05). 结论 本研究客观反映了军事直升机飞行学员的不同对比度时视力和反应时间的变化情况,可为今后招飞体检以及飞行人员常规体检时评估视功能提供参考依据. Objective To investigate the variation of visual acuity (VA) and reaction time at different contrast levels under dark environment in military helicopter flight cadets.Methods Fortytwo military helicopter flight cadets (84 eyes) with normal VA were enrolled.LogMAR VA and reaction time were measured at 4 contrast levels (100%,25%,10%,and 5%) under dark environment by multi-functional visual acuity tester (MFVA-100).ANOVA,paired-simples t-test,and linear regression analysis were used by SPSS 16.0 to analyze the data.Results LogMAR average VA of right eye at 100%,25 %,10 %,and 5 % contrast levels was 0.007± 0.141,0.256 ± 0.162,0.453±0.182 and 0.711 ±0.232 respectively.LogMAR average VA of left eye at 100%,25%,10%,and 5% contrast levels was-0.017±0.137,0.266±0.144,0.434±0.145 and 0.697±0.176 respectively.VA decreased gradually with the decrease of contrast level.VA was no statistically significance between right and left eyes at same contrast level (P〉0.05).VA at 100% contrast showed positive linear correlation to the visual acuity at 25%,10%,5% contrasts respectively (r =0.432-0.626,P〈 0.05).Reaction time slightly increased with the decrease of contrast level.Reaction time was no statistically significance between right and left eye at 100% and 25% contrast levels (P〉0.05),but the reaction time of right eye was longer than that of left eye at 10% and 5% contrast levels (t =2.355,2.055,P〈0.05).Conclusions The study result objectively indicates the situation of contrast visual acuity and reaction time in military helicopter flight cadets and would provide reference to the assessment of visual function in the selection of aviation cadets and the examination of pilots.
