摘要
目的探讨同伴教育在乳腺癌患者改良根治术后康复的作用。方法选取乳腺癌改良根治术后患者87例,随机分为研究组(43例)和对照组(44例)。研究组采用同伴教育结合传统健康教育,对照组采用传统健康教育。结果研究组和对照组的术后平均引流量、引流管平均留置时间、术后皮下积液发生率分别为526.4m L和605.6m L、7.7d和11d、6.98%和22.7%,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1月评价患侧上肢关节功能恢复差者分别为3例和11例,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1月评价患侧上肢的日常生活活动能力方面研究组也优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺癌改良根治术后患者,同伴教育能有效减少术后并发症发生,促进患肢功能的恢复。
Objective To evaluate the recovery efficacy of peer education after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer. Methods 87 cases of patients accepted modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer were collected and divided into research group( 43 cases) and control group( 44cases) randomly. Research group were treated with general health education and peer education. Control group were treated with general health education. Results The postoperative average drainage amount,the average time of indwelling drainage tube and the rate of postoperative subcutaneous hydrops in research group and control group were526. 4mL and 605. 6mL,7. 7 days and 11 days,6. 98% and 22. 7%,respectively( P 〈0. 05). The patients with ‘bad',who were assessed of affected side upper limb and joint function in one month after surgery,were 3 and 11,respectively( P 〈0. 05). In the ability of daily life of the affected side upper limb,research group was also better than control group( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Peer education may decrease postoperative complication of patients with modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer,and improve the ability of the affected side upper limb.
