摘要
青少年阶段是进行运动训练的关键时期,对青少年运动员进行合理的体能和技能训练对于提高青少年运动训练水平有着重要的意义。对此,我们必须要把握好青少年运动训练的体技能特征,根据青少年力量素质、速度素质和耐力素质发展的敏感期进行科学的训练;要重视青少年基本技术的发展,注重青少年运动技术形成后的改进,促进青少年运动员早日形成自己的运动技术风格。
The adolescent phase is an important period for sports training. It is of great significance to the physical fitness and skill training of adolescent athletes to improve their level of youth sports training. To this,we should grasp technical features of the adolescent athletes,carry out the scientific training based on adolescents' strength quality,speed quality and endurance quality.We should attach great importance to the development of teenagers basic technology,pay attention to technical improvements and fine-tuning after the formation of teenagers to promote the youth to form their own style of movement technology.
