摘要
高职院校贫困生管理工作存在贫困生资格认定管理不合理、资助管理制度不健全、就业指导工作不到位等问题。解决高职院校贫困生管理工作的对策,需要完善高职院校贫困生资格认定体系、健全优化高职院校贫困生资助机制、加强高职院校贫困生就业指导水平。
There are some problems in poor students management in higher vocational colleges,such as unqualified identification,imperfect funding system and inadequate employment guidance. To solve the problems,it is necessary to perfect the identification system,optimize the funding mechanisms and strengthen the employment guidance of the poor students in higher vocational colleges.
