摘要
目的分析不同剂量瑞芬太尼治疗全身麻醉(全麻)苏醒患者的临床效果。方法 120例全麻手术患者采用随机数表法将其分为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组各40例,其中低、中、高剂量组在躁动发生时分别静注0.25、0.50、0.75μg/(k·min)瑞芬太尼,监测3组患者各项生命体征参数,并采用Ramsay镇静度评分法评估3组患者用药后1、5、10、30及60 min时的躁动评分。结果用药后5、10、30 min各组Ramsay评分高于其他时期,同时高剂量组Ramsay评分明显高于低、中剂量组(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼用于全麻后苏醒期的防躁动治疗具有较好的临床疗效,可显著降低患者躁动程度、提高苏醒期镇静效果,0.75μg/(kg·min)剂量静注效果最为显著。
Objective To compare clinical curative effects of Rui Fentanyl of different doses on patients awakening from general anesthesia.Methods 120 cases undergoing general anesthesia from January,2013 to June, 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The pa-tients were characterized by different levels of state of agitation in the general anesthesia peri-od.120 cases would be divided into low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group by using stochastic way,40 cases in each group.The low dose group was injected with Rui Fen-tanyl 0.25μg/kg/min via vein pump, the medium dose group was 0.50μg/kg/min and the high dose group was 0.75μg/kg/min.We monitored the vital signs parameters and compared the agitation scores for the three groups at 1 min,5 mins,10 mins,30 misn and 60 mins after injec-tion.Results The Ramsay sedation scores method was used to evaluate the agitation of the three groups in different periods.The Ramsay scores at 5 min,10 mins and 30 mins after injection were higher than those of the other periods, and Ramsay scores of the high dose group were obviously higher than those of the low and medium dose group ( P〈0.05) .Conclusion Rui Fenta-nyl was used against agitation for awakening period after general anesthesia has better clinical curative effect, which can significantly reduce the patients′degree of agitation and improve its sedative effects,and the dose of 0.75μg/kg/min was the most significant effect.It has the ob-vious clinical application and popularization values.
