摘要
随着教育改革的不断深入,"适合教育"理念日渐受到国内外教育界的重视,"适合教育"理念对学校教育实践有着重要的指导意义,而建立学生发展指导制度是学校教育改革的重要方面。因此,基于"适合教育"的理念内涵,辽宁省实验中学分校在教育内容上,开展适合学生身心的心理健康及道德教育,实现生活发展指导;在教育方式上,设置适合学生差异性的多样化课程,实现学业发展指导;在教育模式上,构建适合个性发挥的学生生涯规划体系,实现生涯发展指导等方面探索学生发展指导的实施路径。
With the continuous development of education reform,the concept of ＂suitable education＂has been getfing more and more attentron from the domestic and foreign educational circles,＂suitable education＂concept has important guiding significance for school education practice,and the establishment of students development guidance system is an important aspect of school education reform. Therefore,based on the concept of＂suitable education＂,Liaoning Province Experimental middle School carrys out psychological health and moral education for students,to realize the life development guidance,to set up the diversified curriculum which is suitable for students＇ differences.
