摘要
知识密集型服务业区位分布与大学生就业地域选择间耦合程度的高低是影响大学生就业地域选择和知识密集型服务业均衡发展的重要因素。通过分析认为在经济发达地区、人力资本要素丰富和供给便利地区、国家中心城市和区域中心城市以及城市的中心区域中,知识密集型服务业呈现出集聚形态,与大学生就业选择行为间具有较高的耦合对接性,但知识密集型服务业的区位分布同时也存在着非均衡现象,对区域经济均衡发展和大学生就业的地域选择行为产生了重要的影响。基于此,提出了对知识密集型服务业的区位分布进行合理规划、加强对知识密集型服务业发展缓慢地区的产业扶持力度、建立区域间知识密集型服务业竞争合作机构等具有针对性的对策建议。
The degree of coupling with geographical distribution of the Knowledge-intensive Business Service industry and the regional choice of university students＇ employment influences the university students＇ employment regional choice and the balanced development of knowledge intensive services. Through analysis in the economic developed regions,rich human resources and convenient supply of city and region,national center for regional central city and the center of the city,Knowledge-intensive Business Service presents a cluster form,and has high coupling between university students＇ employment choice behavior and docking,but there exists disequilibrium phenomenon about distribution of Knowledge-intensive Business Service,and the geographical distribution of Knowledge-intensive Business Service has important influence on regional balanced development and university students＇ employment choice. Based on this,the paper puts forward the targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
