摘要
针对沙特阿拉伯Al Jalamid选矿厂回水选矿时精矿品位不达标的问题进行了试验研究,结果表明:选矿回水中钙离子过高是制约浮选精矿品位提高的主要原因。通过添加Na_2CO_3的方法可以有效降低选矿回水中钙离子含量,当添加量为3 g/L时能够将回水中的钙离子从1 400 ppm降低到160 ppm,选矿效果与纯水选矿相当,精矿品位和回收率分别达到了34.11%和85.03%,比回水未处理前分别提高了1.71%和4.12%;而镁离子含量较低时,对磷矿选矿效果的影响不大。
The cause of the non compliance of the concentrate grade of the A1 Jalamid Phosphate Beneficiation Factory (Saudi Arabia) was studied. The result shows that the high content of the calcium ions in the recycling water is the main reason, and the addition of sodium carbonate into the water can reduce the ions effectively. When the dosage of the sodium carbonate is 3 g/L, the calcium ions can decrease from 1 400 ppm to 160 ppm, and the beneficiation result is the same as in the pure water process, e.g., the concentrate grade and recovery rate reach 34.11% and 85.03%, increased by 1.71% and 4.12% respectively. But the tiny amount of magnesium in the recycling water has no impact to the flotation result.
