摘要
目的 探讨渗出性中耳炎采用中西医结合治疗的疗效.方法 选取2013年5月至2014年11月漯河市中心医院收治的100名渗出性中耳炎患者,以随机方式将这些患者分为对照组和观察组各50例.对照组患者实施西医治疗,观察组在西医治疗的基础上加用中医治疗.治疗2周后,对两组患者临床疗效进行评估与对比.结果 对两组患者实施相应治疗后,对照组患者治疗有效率为76.0％,观察组患者治疗有效率为98.0％;观察组患者听力重建成功率为96.0％,对照组为84.0％;对患者进行随访观察发现,观察组复发率为2.0％,对照组复发率为20.0％,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 中西医结合能够有效治疗渗出性中耳炎,有助于患者重建听力,复发率较低,值得临床应用与推广.
Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine on exadalive otitis media.Methods Selected 100 patients with exudative otitis media in central hospital of Luohe from May 2013 to November 2013 and randomly divided them into two groups, with 50 patients in each group.The control group received western medicine treatment, and the observation group was treated with western medicine with TCM.Evaluated the clinical efficacy of the two groups after two weeks treatment.Results The effective rates were 76.0% and 98.0% separately in control group and observation group, The hearing reconstruction success rate was 84.0% and 96.0% in control group and observation group, and the follow-up showed recurrence rates were 2.0% and 20.0% in control group and observation group.All the differences were significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is effective on exudative otitis media, and it can help patients restore hearing with low recurrence rate, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
