摘要
如何将实验外科研究的成果转化为推动临床技术进步的创新产品，通过推广实现技术普及和产品的产业化，促进外科诊疗技术水平的提高和社会经济发展，已经是当今实验外科发展的目标和趋势。中国外科领域不缺乏创新，但面临很少有自主知识产权的重大技术成果推广的尴尬现状。外科医生只有了解成果转化的方法和流程，才能使自己的创新技术成果不被埋没，而付诸实践并转化，以技术普及或产业化方式推动我国外科技术的发展，努力在国际上成为外科技术的领导者之一。本文以笔者实际经验为例，介绍临床创新技术进行成果转化的过程，剖析实验外科实现临床技术创新的成果的转化方法和流程。
It has become an objective and trend in experimental surgery to translate the research a- chievements into innovative surgical products, so it can enhance the level of diagnosis and treatment of sur- gery and increase the economy through industrialization of the product and technology promotion. There has never been lack of original innovative ideas in Chinese clinical surgery, however, few inventions were com- mercialized, let alone popularization. To change this situation it is important that surgeons understand transformation process, hence to avoid that many ingenious thoughts were undiscovered which would have been put into practice and turned into clinical achievement, ultimately to promote the development of surgi- cal technology. This article discusses the whole process of how innovative clinical techniques are trans- formed into products with author＇ s experience in person and illustrates what innovative clinical techniques are and how transformation is to be implemented.
