同步充填采矿技术理念及一种代表性采矿方法 被引量:11

摘要 在无废开采与协同开采2种理念的指导下,区别于传统的嗣后充填,在空区空间尚未全部释放时,将空区部分空间先行作为转换空间,将充填工艺前移至出矿工艺环节同步进行实施,从而创新提出"同步充填"采矿技术理念。在同步充填理念的指引下,通过吸收充填采矿技术优势,对浅孔留矿法采矿工艺进行二次创新,提出了大量放矿同步充填无顶柱留矿采矿法。新采矿方法防止了围岩大量片落,控制了矿石贫化率和损失率,提高了矿石回收率,限制了地表沉陷;同时,新方法还为隔离层作用下放矿规律研究提供了契机,促进了放矿学理论的新发展。 Under the guidance of two ideas that are non waste mining and synergistic mining which differ from the traditional synchronous filling, when the space of gap has not been released, making partial space of gap act as transformation space in advance and explanting the filling technology to the front part of ore drawing process so that they can be simultaneously implemented, the "synchronous filling" mining technology idea is creatively derived. Based on the guidance of synchronous filling idea, through absorbing the advantages of filling mining technology so as to secondly innovate the mining process of short-hole shrinkage stoping method, a new method of "ore drawing largely, synchronous filling and non top-pillar shrinkage stoping method" was put forward. This new mining method can prevent the surrounding rock from dropping,control the ore dilution ratio and loss rate,improve the ore recovery rate,restrict the surface subsidence. Meanwhile, this new method not only provides an opportunity for the regular pattern of ore drawing under the action of isolated layer but also promotes the new development of ore drawing theory.
