摘要
科技创新是推动一个国家持续发展的动力与源泉已经达成共识,其特点决定了政府在其中扮演着重要角色。虽然各个国家政府支持科技创新的方式与途径不同,但大多能在科技创新中发挥管理、协调、支撑与引导作用,履行公共管理、公共投资与公共消费等职能。
It has reached to the consensus that science and technology innovation is the driving force and source to promote nation- al sustainable development; the characteristics of science and technology innovation determine that the government plays an important role in it. Each national government supports science and technology innovation in different ways, but most can play roles of the man- agement, coordination, supporting and guiding in science and technology innovation to fulfill tbe functions of public administration, public investment, public consumption, etc.
