脑白质疏松症的诊断和鉴别诊断 被引量：1

摘要 1986年首届加拿大器质性痴呆会议上，脑白质疏松症（Leukoaraiosis，LA）这一影像学诊断术语被HachinskiVC等正式提出以来，LA的定义、发病原因、发病机制和临床诊断一直在演进变化，LA的界定没有统一标准。本文就LA定义、发病机制、临床诊断等进行梳理，以期对于LA的诊断和治疗提供一个比较科学全面的认识。
