摘要
校外实习质量是培养工科专业学生工程实践能力的保障。本文通过分析地方院校工科专业校外实习存在的问题,转化实习模式,依照"专业教师+辅导教师+企业指导教师"的模式配备实习指导教师,分层次、分阶段有序建立校外实习基地,充分调动学生实习积极性,完善校外实习评价机制等途径的探索,提出了有效提升工科专业校外实习效果的建议和措施。
Off-school practice quality is the guarantee of training students majoring engineering practical ability. In this paper, the problems of practice outside the local universities of engineering were analysed, transformation of practice mode, internship instructors were equipped with the "professional teachers + tutors + business instructor" model, the off-campus practice bases were established hierarchically, phased and orderly. The enthusiasms of student internships were fully mobilized and the campus internships and other means of evaluation mechanisms were improved. Finally, the suggestions and measures of enhancing the off-campus practical effect of engineering were proposed.
