摘要
目的了解儿童医院临床护士能级管理知识、态度、行为情况。方法采用问卷调查法对某儿童医院全体225名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果儿童医院临床护士对能级管理知识的合格率为60.1%,对能级管理态度的满意率为96.9%,能级管理行为得分处于中等水平。结论管理者需要采取合适的途径提高儿童医院临床护士对能级管理知识的知晓及行为的执行。
Objective To investigate the competency-based management knowledge,attitude and behavior of the clinical nurses in the Children’s Hospital.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in all 225 clinical nurses in one hospital.Results 60.1% of clinical nurses met with the requirements of the competence level management,while 96.9% of them were satisfied with it,and their behavior score ranked among the average.Conclusion The managers need to take an appropriate way to improve the competency-based management.knowledge and behavior of nurses.
