摘要
2014年至今美国发布四份顶层空间安全战略,分别从政府、国防部及智库角度分析目前空间安全现状,并提出应对策略。在梳理美国空间战略体系概况的基础上,结合空间作战演习及在轨试验项目的开展,提出美国近年空间战略思想的发展特点,即亚太为目标、中国为核心、外层空间为战略高地、技术创新为变革手段的总体思路。研究表明,美国旨在利用先进的技术优势,对消对手的区域性优势,延续其世界霸主地位。
From Year 2014 to today, the American issue four strategy reports about space security, from the perespective of government, DOD and think tank. These reports analyze the current situation of space security, and put forward the strategies. This paper, based on the overall study of American Space Strategy system, its space war exercises and orbit experiment projects, generalizes the characteristics of American space strategy： target at Pacific-Asian region with China as the focus, regard outer space as the strategic highland and utilize the technology innovation. Our research finds that America aims at using its technology advantages to eliminate the regional advantages so as to maintain its status as the world hegemony.
