摘要
CEN和CENELEC于2015年2月发布了《CEN/CENELEC出版物的分发、销售和版权政策》(CEN-CENELEC指南10-2015),该指南替代了《CEN/CENELEC出版物分发及销售指南》(CEN/CENELEC指南10--2010)。2015版CEB/CENELEC指南对欧洲标准版权保护做出了全面规范。本文对CEN-CENELEC指南10-2015进行了深入分析,并对两个不同年代的版本指南进行深入的对比分析,指明了值得我国关注的几个方面。
The 2015 version of CEN/CENELEC Guide on Policy on dissemination, sales and copyright of CEN- CENELEC Publications （CEN-CENELEC GUIDE 10：2015） was approved and issued in February 2015 by CEN/ CENELEC, which replaced CEN-CENELEC GUIDE 10：2010.The newly issued CEN/CENELELC GUIDE 10：2015 has made more rigorous rules for CEN/CENELEC copyright protection, which shows that CEN/CENELEC and their members pay much attention to copyright protection issues. This paper makes a comparison between the two versions and summarize the important aspects that worth close attention.
