摘要
目的分析两种新型超前止水沉降后浇带性能,找出影响差异沉降的主要因素.方法利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立分析模型,从后浇带两侧柱间间距、基底反力系数、底板厚度、伸出翼缘宽度、混凝土等级、筏板伸出宽度等影响因素分析两种超前止水沉降后浇带对控制差异荷载引起的差异沉降的效果.结果超前止水沉降后浇带的差异沉降并不随沉降后浇带两侧柱间间距的增加而简单变化;基底反力系数对差异沉降影响较大,但基底反力系数不易确定;伸出翼缘宽度与筏板伸出宽度的增加会减小超前止水沉降后浇带两侧差异沉降;混凝土等级对超前止水沉降后浇带两侧差异沉降的影响可忽略不计;对于设置在裙房一侧距主楼边柱的第一跨内的沉降后浇带底板厚度的增加反而会增加后浇带两侧的差异沉降.结论虽然第二种超前止水沉降后浇带利用止水钢板取代了第一种的橡胶止水带,相比第一种超前止水沉降后浇带在控制差异沉降性能改善很多,但仍有混凝土损伤过大开裂等问题存在,仍需改进.
In order to find influence factors on the differential settlement, comparative analysis on existing two kinds of new type advanced sealing delay poured settlement strips was carded out. Using the FE software ABAQUS, models were built. The differential settlement caused by influence factors, such as the spacing between columns, the subgrade reaction coefficient, the thickness of the foundation slab, the extending flange width, the concrete grade and the raft out width under controlled differential loads were obtained. It is found that differential settlement of strips changes not clearly with the increase of the column spacing. But the coefficient of subgrade has significanteffects on the settlement. However, the coefficient is not easy to be defermined. The increase of the the protruding flange width and the raft out of width leads to increase of the differential settlement. Influence of the concrete grade can be neglected. For the set in the side away from the podium building side column, with the increase of the pouring zone plate thickness in the first span, the differential settlement of post pouring belt on both sides increases. Conclusion is that instead of the rubber waterstop, the steel waterstop used in the second type of advanced water pouring after settle- ment can well improve the differential settlement control, compared with the first type. But there are also problems of concrete damage and cracking, which should be improved.
