摘要
他汀是一类强效降血脂药物,随着药物研究深入以及使用人群扩大,由他汀所致的新发糖尿病等不良反应事件发生率增高。尽管他汀对心血管的益处毋庸置疑,但该药潜在的致糖尿病风险已经引起了人们担忧。本文总结最新临床试验结果,并将他汀与新发糖尿病相关性的最新进展作简要综述。
Statin is a very most potent lipid-lowering medicine. However, with the deepening of pharmaceutical research and the increase in the population using statin, the incidence of adverse, especially the now onset diabetes caused by statin, is getting higher. Despite the benefits of statins on cardiovascular disorders, the drug potential risk of diabetes has caused concern. This review briefly summarizes the recent research, and introduces the research progress of the association between statins and diabetes.
