摘要
在"丝绸之路经济带"战略和智慧旅游兴起的背景下,文章从国家战略和时代发展需要出发,以西北五省旅游业为研究对象。梳理了西北五省旅游发展的现实状况和突出问题,运用协同发展理论,着重对"丝绸之路经济带"战略驱动辐射下西北五省旅游业的协同发展及其实施对策进行分析研究。构建了西北五省智慧旅游协同应用系统,提出以经济带辐射综合效力为杠杆,实施跨区域旅游业互补式协同发展战略,进而形成以国家级新区为依托,以备省会城市为主导的"中心崛起,四周齐飞"的旅游协同发展格局。
Under the background of developing the Silk Road Economic Belt and the rise of wisdom tourism, this paper, in light of the national strategy and the era development, analyzed the tourism of the five northwest provinces in China. Using the Synergetic Development Theory, it proposed the idea of the wisdom tourism collaborative development strategy： using the radiation integrated effect of the Belt as a leverage, the related organs implements a cross-regional tourism complementary synergy development strategy to develop a tourism synergetic development pattern -- Rise in the center and concerted development around-- that relies on state development zones and is dominated by provincial capital cities.
