摘要 橄榄小孢拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis microspora)是导致采后橄榄果实腐烂的主要病原菌,本文研究了pH、温度、光照、碳源、氮源等条件对橄榄小孢拟盘多毛孢菌落生长、产孢和分生孢子萌发的影响。结果表明,橄榄小孢拟盘多毛孢生长最适pH为6,最适温度24~26℃;产孢最适pH为7,最适温度24~26℃,光暗交替条件下产孢量最多;以D-果糖、甘露醇为碳源和以蛋白胨为氮源的培养基最有利于橄榄小孢拟盘多毛孢菌丝的生长,以葡萄糖、蔗糖为碳源和以蛋白胨为氮源的培养基最有利于该菌产孢;分生孢子萌发最适pH为6,最适温度26~28℃,全黑暗条件下孢子萌发率最高;该菌菌丝致死温度为54℃(30 min),分生孢子致死温度为56℃(20 min)。 Pestalotiopsis microspora is a chief pathogen causing rotten disease of harvested Chinese olive [Canarium album(Lour.) Raeusch] fruit. The effects of pH, temperature, light, carbon sources and nitrogen sources on hyphal growth, yield of sporulation and conidial germination of P.microspora were investigated. The results showed that, the optimum pH for the hyphal growth of P.microspora was 6, and the optimum temperature was 24~26 ℃. The optimal pH, temperature and favorable light condition for the production of conidium of the P.microspora were 7, 24~26 ℃,and the alternation of light and darkness, respectively. The fungi grew best in D-fructose and mannitol as the carbon source and peptone as the nitrogen source, then produced more conidium in glucose and sucrose as the carbon source and peptone as the nitrogen source. The optimum pH and temperature for the spore germination of P.microspora were 6 and 26~28 ℃ respectively, and the highest germination rate of the spore was darkness all day. The lethal temperature of the mycelium of P. microspora was 54 ℃ for 30 min, while the lethal temperature of the conidiopore of P.microspora was 56 ℃ for 20 min.
