摘要 肿瘤间隙液(tumor interstitial fluid,TIF)是由肿瘤内部产生的、肿瘤细胞与毛细血管/淋巴管之间营养交换和代谢产物运输的液体介质,其包含多种由组织局部产生或远处组织产生经血液循环而来的细胞因子和生长因子等物质,与细胞外基质和基质细胞一起,共同构成了肿瘤的微环境,对肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移起着重要作用^([1-2])。近20年来,随着蛋白质组和分泌组等学科的兴起,
