摘要 目的:总结食品药品检验检测工作中容易发生的差错,提醒监督、检验人员减少抽样、检验过程的差错,提高检验机构的公正性和权威性。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,坚持问题导向原则,从检验前(抽样、样品受理、资料审核)、检验中(检验准备、技术技能、责任心)、检验后(检验报告书书写、审核审批等环节的差错分析,质量保证体系涉及的管理与技术方面)总结分析我中心十多年的工作经验和成效。结果与结论:通过总结,梳理出了预防、减少差错发生的措施。 Objective: To summarize the common errors of food and drug inspection, so as to remind the supervision and inspection staff to reduce the errors during the inspection process, and finally improve the fairness and authority of the inspection agency. Methods: By adopting the retrospective method, the working experience and effectiveness were analyzed and summarized from pre-inspection(sampling, sample-accepting and data-auditing), inspection(testing preparation, technical skills, responsibility), and post-inspection(reportwriting, examination, approval and other aspects of the error analysis, quality guarantee system relating to management and technology) in our center during the past 10 years. Results and Conclusion: Through the summary, the measures to prevent and reduce common errors occurring in food and drug inspection were sorted out.
