摘要
目的:了解2004至2013年SCI数据库中收录的有关医学领域内Meta分析论文的发展状况。方法:以Web of science为统计源数据库检索主题为"Meta analysis"、时间为"2004—2013年"的文献;采用文献计量学方法分别从总体数量、出版物影响因子和被引频次3个方面对Meta分析论文进行定量分析。结果:SCI数据库共收录医学领域内Meta分析论文20 726篇,涉及2 364种出版物;中国Meta分析论文所在出版物的影响因子得分较低,中位得分在2007年和2009年出现两次高峰,最高得分出现在2011年,为35.523分;中国Meta分析论文被引频次较少,最高被引频次为347次,其他国家最高被引频次为2 835次。结论:中国Meta分析论文的总被引频次和篇均被引频次始终低于其他国国家,虽然差距在逐渐缩小;应注重提高Meta分析论文的质量。
Objective： To understand the status quo of Meta analysis literatures related medical published in the SCI database from 2004 to 2013. Methods： The literatures which published in ＂ Web of science＂ database from January 2004 to December 2013 using the theme of ＂ meta analysis＂ was searched; the bibliometrics method was uesed to quantitative analysis of Meta analysis literatures from quantity,impact factor of publications and cited frequency respectively. Results： A total of 20 726 literatures were searched on Meta analysis in the medical field from 2 364 publications,the impact factor of Chinese Meta analysis literatures published publications was low,the median score peak of the impact factor of publications appearred twice in 2007 and 2009,the highest score peaked in 2011 with 35. 523; the cited frequency of Chinese Meta analysis literatures was less,the highest cited frequency of other countries＇ Meta analysis literatures was 2 835 times,and Chinese was 347 times. Conclusion： Both the cited frequency and the average cited frequency per paper of Chinese Meta analysis literatures are lower than other countries all the time,but the gap is gradually narrowing. We should pay attention to improve the quality of the Meta analysis literatures.
