摘要
通过层次分析法(AHP)来确定雷达威胁等级是一种经常使用的方法.但在传统的AHP法中,专家打分环节采用专家权值均分的模式,这其实是不够科学的.在现有AHP法的基础上作了一定的改进,融入了聚类分析的思想,以实现对专家权值更合理,更科学的分配,进而提出了一种基于改进AHP法的雷达威胁等级判定的新方法.验证了利用该方法进行辐射源威胁等级评估的可行性.
It is the theoretical basis of jam resources allocation and jam assistant decision making.There is an improvement upon traditional analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, that the usual pattern which all the experts have equal weight in experts rating section was changed .The idea of cluster analysis was integrated which made the procedure of allocating experts’ weight more scientifically and reasonably .And a new method of emitter threatening level evaluation based on improved AHP was presented .The method was shown to be feasi-ble and effective by verifying an example .
