摘要
蜂窝状多孔结构有助于调整在高温下的硬度和粘结强度。采用溶胶凝胶法制备表面改性的PHB粉末,利用大气等离子喷涂制备陶瓷基多孔性高温封严涂层,微孔能够降低陶瓷材料的硬度,增大其断裂韧性,使其具有良好的可磨耗性能。
Honeycomb porous structure helps to adjust the hardness and bond strength at high temperature environment. Using the sol-gel method to acquire the surface modified PHB powder, then preparing the ceramic porous heat seal coating by the at-mospheric plasma spraying, micro porosity can reduce hardness of the ceramic material, and increase its fracture toughness, thus could make it good abradability performance.
