摘要
加强高校科研经费廉政风险防控管理对于从源头上遏制科研腐败具有重要意义。高校科研经费管理的廉政风险点多集中于思想道德、制度机制、岗位职责等方面,要针对不同风险点表现形式,从加强科研人员心灵教化、完善科研经费管理制度、创新管理模式、加大监督查处力度等方面明确具体防控措施,加强风险管理,遏制高校科研腐败。
It is important to strengthen the prevention and control on the independent risk of university scientific research funds. The risky points are mainly in the fields of ideological and moral education, institutional mechanisms, and job responsibilities. Such measures as more moral education, management system on research funds, management modes, and supervision should be improved in order to curb the research corruptions in universities.
