摘要
近年来,自媒体对儿童行使参与权产生了积极影响,例如,自媒体可以为儿童行使参与权提供更多方式,儿童可以通过自媒体以较低的门槛行使参与权,自媒体还可以为儿童参与权的救济提供条件。同时,自媒体对儿童行使参与权也有消极影响,例如,自媒体信息繁杂使儿童难以及时选择并适时行使参与权,自媒体易导致儿童错误地行使参与权,自媒体易使儿童迷恋而缺失网下参与权的行使。为此,我们应从各个方面努力,特别是加强法律应对,目前需着重注意贯彻儿童最大利益原则,完善实名制,完善监督制度。
In recent years We-media has a major positive impact on child’s exercising participation rights, such as offering more ways of exercising participation for child; with relatively low barriers to exercise participation rights by children;providing conditions for the relief of child’s participation rights. Meanwhile We-media has a negative impact on child’s exercising participation rights, such as information is too miscellaneous to choose for children timely;children are easily misled by We-media into exercising partici?pation rights wrongly and mad about We-media and not exercise participation rights offline. We should strive in every respect, especially strengthen legal response. Now we should lay emphasis on implementing the principle of children's best interests, improving the real-name system and monitoring system.
