摘要
汽车安全带作为汽车被动安全性的一种措施,多个国家已经制定相应的法律,强制汽车中装有安全带。安全带固定点的强度是考察汽车被动安全性能的一个重要指标,我国法规明确要求,在承受规定的试验载荷情况下,确保安全带不得从安全带固定点处脱落。论文着重于对汽车安全带固定点强度分析,运用Hypermesh软件建立白车身、胸块腰块、座椅、安全带有限元模型。运用LSDYNA显示积分法进行求解,按照国家标准施加规定的载荷,分析安全带固定点以及其安装位置处的材料应变。通过对薄弱部件进行结构改进,最终保证安全带固定点强度满足国家法规要求。
Vehicle seat belt as a kind of vehicle passive safety measures,many countries have formulated the corresponding law,force in the car is equipped with seat belts.The strength of Vehicle Seat Belt Anchorages is an important indicator of vehicle passive safety. Our country's reg-ulations require that to ensure the safety belt can not fall off from the seat belt anchorages,when bearing the provisions of the test load. This article focuses on the analysis of the strength of vehicle seat belt anchorages.Using Hypermesh software establish a white car body, chest, waist,seat, seat belt finite element model.Using LS-DYNA software display integral method for solving,according to the regulations of the national standards applied load,to analyze safety belt anchorages and its installation location's material strain.Through the study of the structure opti-mization of weak parts,ensure a car seat belt anchorages strength meet the requirements of national regulations in the end.
