发动机故障方程的最少故障直接整体解

摘要 发动机故障诊断的一种主要方法是根据故障方程和发劝机性能参数的测量值确定故障的类别和故障程度。故障方程组通常是亚定的。根据最少故障原理可以对亚定的故障方程组求解。求解方法分为直接整体解法(一次优化整体解法)和组合优化解法(两次优化解法)两大类。本文给出了三种直接整体解法,即根式目标函数方案、分式目标函数方案和调整因子方案,并且讨论了约束条件的计入方法及其重要意义。所给出的方法相当严格地满足最少故障原理。文中还给出了利用直接整体解法进行发动机故障诊断的实例,并且对直接整体解法进行了全面的评价。 It is an important method of engine fault diagnosis to determine the category and grade of malfunction by means of fault equations and the measured values of engine per- formance parameters.Fault equation groups are usually underdetermined,and their solution can be found by means of the least fault principle.There are two major approaches to their solution:direct integral optimization and combination optimization.This paper presents three options of the direct integral optimization approach,which take the physical constraints into account and strictly conform with the least fault principle.It also gives a practical exam- ple of engine fault diagnosis and a complete evaluation of this particular approach.
