Research on the Status Quo before the Doctor's Surgery Communication Skills

摘要 目的探讨心脏外科医生术前沟通技能现状。方法应用SEGUE量表分析68位医生的2 151次术前谈话,根据病种、医生学位、医生职称和从业年限分析其沟通技能。结果按照病种分组,沟通得分无差异;按照医生学位分组,学士及在读研究生得分低于硕士及博士医生;按照职称分组,住院医师得分低于其他医生;按照从业年限分组,从业5年以内的医生得分低于其他医生。结论临床沟通技能是一种独立于临床专业知识以外的技能,临床医生沟通技能大多是通过临床实践获得的,而且这种技能在培养过程中,专业水平优秀的医院无明显优势。 Objective To investigate the preoperational communication skills of surgeons in Department of Cardiac Surgery. Method The SEGUE scale was used to analyze 2151 preoperative conversation of 68 surgeons. The communication scores were analyzed according to diseases, academic degree, doctor titles and working years. Result According to the disease groups, no difference was found on the communication score. According to the academic degree of surgeons, the scores of bachelors and graduate students were lower than those of surgeons with degree of master and doctor. According to the title i the score of residents was lower than that of other doctors. According to the working years, the score of surgeons with working within 5 years was lower than that of other surgeons. Conclusion Clinical communication skill is a kind of independent clinical skills out of the clinical profes- sions. This skill is mostly gained and improved after 6 years work and through clinical practice. In the process of developing com- munication skill, there is no obvious advantage in hospitals with good professional level.
